If proxies have bandwidth limits, and used bandwidth does not exceed 20% (based on the initial purchase order, not additional bandwidth purchases), we will provide a full refund. Refunds apply to individual proxies, not subsequent purchases.
If proxies have time limits and are currently valid, we will provide a full refund within 3 days of the initial purchase. No refunds will be provided after this period as usage indicates that the service is functioning properly.
Refund requests for automatic renewal proxies must be submitted within 24 hours of renewal. If you encounter any issues with automatic renewal proxies, please contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate the refund process.
Note that we are not responsible for educating customers, developers, or any other third parties lacking the capability or inability to use the service correctly. Therefore, we do not provide refunds.
IPwbs reserves the right to indefinitely refuse refund requests if proxies are used on the following websites or for the following activities:
Investigations, gambling, dating websites
Social media account bans (Facebook, Twitter (X), Reddit, TikTok, etc.)
Other situations listed in the appropriate use policy.
